Tuffa tanks are manufactured from virgin polyethylene which are stabilised against ultra violet degradation and will out last other tank materials. The polyethylene construction material complies with relevant standards for potable (drinking) water. They are resistant to Algae growth, rated at UV8 which is the standard in Australia, New Zealand and the pacific region. As part of our Schools Water Supply Education Project aim of promoting Lasting Improvements in the health and hygiene behaviour of teachers and students at Primary and community schools, ATprojects has developed a new design for "sit down toilets" that can be used by rural school and also rural communities.

School Desks

We all know that one of the biggest problems with all classroom equipment is repair and maintenance, and with this in mind the ATprojects desks are manufactured using the best materials and parts available if required, and the parts list comes with every desk. This desk has been specially designed to be put together in the classroom. This means that the desk can be easily transported and the only tool required is a 8mm spanner. Each desk comes with an easily to understand assembly manual and only basic handy man skills are needed

Exercise Books

Building on the success of a number of projects in the Daulo District, ATprojects is assisting rural community school to acquire appropriately designed and priced exercise books, that apart from being used in normal lessons also promote good health and sanitation. This will be done by using health and sanitation messages printed on each page of the exercise to use as a focus in daily health and sanitation discussions in the classroom.
