Finance and Resource Coordination Office was formally known as the Resource & Recruitment Office (R&RC). Previously administered by the late Fr. Timothy Elliott ofm, its primary function back then was to serve the diocese by fundraising to secure funds mostly internationally to support its programs. In doing so, it established, fostered and maintained good relationships with Donor agencies.

In parallel to the above, it seeks to improve local capacity building through recruiting of lay expatriates and missionaries to train and empower local employees.

Since the restructure of the Diocese in 2006 and the intiation of the Cooperate and Pastoral Plans, the finance and projects offices were amalgamated into one office under the Finance and Administrative Services program. The office is now known as the Finance & Resource Coordination Office. It's main function is managing the diocesan finances enabling effective delivery of its pastoral, social and administrative services.

The office is headed by the accountant assisted by the projects officer and the assistant accountant. There are four clerk positions in the office, accounts having three; payable, receivable and payroll while the projects sections has only one. Currently, the receivable and payroll clerk positions are vacant including projects clerk who is on study till end of the year 2009. The finance office at present is understaffed with only four officers working.

Major constraints encountered by the program is qualified and committed officers
