During the first session, the participants were lectured on the need of the religious in the work of helping those affected by the daily problems of life and society.

Br. Kermit also mentioned how the workshop could prove valuable in promoting successful living for themselves (religious) and for the people whom they associate with, adding that as missionaries their purpose is to help another who is in need.

Many of those who had attended said that there were alot of useful things that they had learnt from the workshop that they could implement in their lifestyles to make it better and also assist others as well to make theirs a successful living.
