WHAT’S BEEN DELIVERED

To date, the Australian Defence Force in cooperation with the PNG Defence Force has delivered the following relief supplies by air and sea to designated Category 4/5 and Category 5:

All figures shown in the table are in metric tonnes.
Water delivered to Samari Island in the Milne Bay Province - 60,000 Litres.
The air delivery targets and priorities are determined by the Papua New Guinea Government, as part of the overall nation-wide distribution strategy.
In general, each person will receive approximately 11 kilograms of food per month. This ration has been determined by the Papua New Guinea Government.
